This collection contains six health program plans on a variety of topics including nutrition, alcohol, and posture. The content is intended for use by health educators, and the target audience of the materials varies from teens to older adults. Each program plan has a rationale, mission, theoretical basis, overview, objectives, interventions, logic model, evaluation matrix, and bibliography. This material was developed by Plymouth State University students as a part of their coursework for Program Planning, in spring 2017 with Dr. Barbara McCahan.
